Switch to Whitewater
Switch from Ninety, Bloom Growth, or spreadsheets in an afternoon
Upload the spreadsheets and exports you work from today. Miranda, the AI assistant built into Whitewater OS, drafts your priorities, scorecard metrics, projects, and tasks from them, and you confirm what goes in. There is no import service to book and no upload queue to wait on, and our team is still there to help with the move whenever you want a person in the loop.

How switching works
Three steps, one afternoon
Switching does not start with an empty workspace or a services engagement. It starts with the files you already have, and it ends with you approving your own operating system into place.
Download your priorities, scorecard, to-dos, and plan from the tool you use today, or gather the spreadsheets and decks your team already keeps.
Upload up to five files at a time into any Miranda chat. Miranda reads them and stages the priorities, metrics, projects, tasks, goals, and meetings it finds.
Review every staged change, then approve the batch with Confirm all or go one by one. Nothing is written into your workspace until you do.
Read the recording as text
- Open Miranda, the assistant built into Whitewater OS.
- Attach the plan spreadsheet: one Excel file with three tabs.
- Ask Miranda to draft the priorities and projects for review.
- Miranda reads every tab and drafts the plan (sped up 10×).
- 12 actions proposed: 8 priorities and 4 projects. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
- Confirm all (sped up 2×).
- Done: every priority and project is live, one click away.
What you can bring
Bring the files you already run on
Miranda takes your files as they are. Attach them, drag them in, or paste them into any conversation: spreadsheets, exports, planning documents, board decks, and screenshots, up to five at a time. Older .xls, .doc, and .ppt files need a quick save in the newer format first.
Miranda reads what you gave it and drafts the real thing in bulk: quarterly priorities, scorecard metrics, projects, tasks, goals, meetings, and issues, built from your own rows. Every draft waits for your review, and nothing is written until you confirm it with Confirm all or item by item.
Your weekly numbers can come too. On the Pulse page, the history import takes a pasted grid or a CSV file and backfills the last 13 weeks for the metrics you have set up, with a preview before anything is saved.
- CSV and Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheets
- PDF, Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx) files
- Screenshots and images: PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF
- Up to five files in each message
Where you are coming from
Coming from Ninety, Bloom Growth, or spreadsheets
Here is what each move looks like, and who does the work. What we say about other products comes from their own help centers.
From Ninety
Ninety exports each tool separately. Its help center lists the scorecard as a CSV file, your quarterly priorities, to-dos, issues, and headlines as Excel files, and the vision and org chart as PDFs. Export before you cancel or move to the free plan, because that ends the self-serve exports.
If you remember setting Ninety up, your data went in through Ninety's team. Its help center says that as of September 2026 there is no self-service bulk upload tool for priorities, to-dos, issues, or scorecard data: you send your files on its upload template, and its team loads them free of charge, most within one to five business days. Owners and admins can still import users from a CSV file and paste scorecard values into existing metrics themselves.
In Whitewater, you upload the scorecard CSV and the priorities, to-dos, and issues spreadsheets to Miranda together. It drafts the team's priorities with their due dates, each to-do as a task with its owner and due date, the issues, and the scorecard metrics with their owners, all for your review. You add priority owners and past weekly numbers yourself. The vision and org chart PDFs work too: Miranda reads them and points out what your vision plan and roles chart are missing.
From Bloom Growth
Bloom Growth's help center shows its exports: each meeting downloads as a ZIP of CSV files covering its issues, goals, metrics, and to-dos, admins can export account-wide data, and the business plan and org chart save as PDFs. It recommends exporting before you cancel, because you cannot afterwards.
Setting up Bloom Growth splits the work. You can upload metrics yourself from its CSV template, and for the rest of your setup its team runs a data upload service, available only to clients with an active, paid subscription.
In Whitewater, unzip the meeting export first: Miranda takes the CSV files inside, not the ZIP. Upload the goals, to-dos, issues, and metrics files together, and Miranda drafts them as priorities, tasks, issues, and scorecard metrics for you to confirm. It reads the business plan PDF too, and points out what your vision plan is missing.
From spreadsheets and docs
If your operating rhythm lives in spreadsheets, decks, and shared docs, there is nothing to export. Save any older .xls, .doc, or .ppt file in the newer format, and you are ready.
In Whitewater, you upload the files you already keep, and Miranda drafts the priorities, metrics, projects, and tasks they hold. For a scorecard with weeks of history, set up the metrics, then paste the numbers into the Pulse history import.

Your data
What happens to your data
Miranda reads your files to draft your setup, and every draft stays staged until you confirm it, so you see exactly what it understood before anything lands. Your old tool is left as it was, so you can run both side by side until you are ready to switch over.
Most teams are running their first real pulse meeting on Whitewater inside the first week, on their own numbers.
Questions about switching
What teams moving from another tool ask first.
How long does switching take?
Most teams set up in an afternoon: export what you have, upload it to Miranda, and confirm the drafts. Then run your first pulse meeting on your own numbers; most teams do that inside the first week. If you would rather have a person alongside you, hands-on onboarding help comes with the free trial.
Which files can I upload?
CSV and Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheets, PDF, Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx) files, and images such as screenshots (PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF), up to five files in each message. Older .xls, .doc, and .ppt files are not accepted, so save them in the newer format first. A ZIP file is not accepted either: unzip it and upload the files inside.
Will Miranda change anything without asking?
No. Miranda stages every change it drafts and waits for you. Approve the whole batch with one click on Confirm all, or go item by item, and until you confirm, nothing is written into your workspace. Miranda acts only when you ask it to.
Can someone help us with the move?
Yes. Hands-on onboarding help is part of the free trial: we will help you bring over your vision plan, quarterly priorities, live scorecard, and roles chart, so you start on your real operating data. If your setup is unusual, tell us what you run today and we will map it before you commit. Get in touch.
Does the import cost extra?
No. Uploading files and confirming Miranda's drafts is part of the product, and every new organization starts with a 30-day free trial with no credit card. Miranda's work runs on your AI allowance: the trial includes a starter allowance, and each Pro seat adds a larger monthly one. Pro is $19.99 per active seat per month. See the full pricing.
What if we decide Whitewater is not for us?
Nothing is lost. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your organization goes read-only, so everything stays viewable and exportable for at least 90 days. From Organization settings, a full export downloads everything stored for your organization as a single JSON file.
Bring your files. Run your week.
Start a free 30-day trial, upload what you run on today, and hold your first pulse meeting in Whitewater this week. Pro is $19.99 per active seat per month once it earns its place.
